Colour story
Where this came from.
A five-swatch neutral-with-blush palette card supplied by the founder: Stone Moss, Dried Sage, Oat Milk, Desert Peach and Faded Rose, each with a printed hex. The sixth colour, a burgundy, is sampled from a separate five-dot reference the founder flagged as moodier than strictly neutral.
SAMPLED for five of six from the card; printed values confirmed against the pixels within 2-4 points of lightness. The card's own darkest colour is lightness 57, which leaves nothing to anchor on, so the sixth slot is filled from the companion dot reference instead of invented. Assigned by scoring every arrangement against this quilt's seam shares.

What it does to the seams
Checked against all 14 fabric pairs weighted by how much seam length each actually shares in this quilt. 1.18% of the seam length falls below 1.25 contrast: the moss against the peach at 1.19, on 1.18% of seams. 18.2% is soft — the sage, the peach and the rose sit close enough in value to read as texture against each other even where they read against the ground. Lightness range 62, one dark, one clear light.

Contrast is measured on screen colours, not on fabric. It tells you where the piecing will disappear, not which bolt to buy.
